Models available:

Myeloproliferative neoplasms, inflammation factors and regulation, angiogenesis, erythroid cells, thrombosis.

The cancer-associated inflammation factors are dysregulated in cancers. Present therapeutic protocols do not address cancer-associated inflammation, essentially because of incomplete understanding of its molecular mechanism. Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), a group of hematologic malignancies that includes essential thrombocythemia (ET), polycythemia vera (PV), and primary myelofibrosis (PMF), have been described as a human inflammation model for cancer development. 

Cells available:

Myeloproliferative neoplasms: Hematopoietic progenitors, granulocytes, erythrocytes, mononuclear cells, bone marrow tissue, JAK2V617F mutation positive cells line.
